EARLYBEAN respects the privacy rights of our online visitors and mobile customers. We recognizes the importance of protecting the information collected about you and your kids/Teens. For our practices regarding kids/Teens, this privacy policy document contains the types of information collected and recorded in the Earlybean app and how we use it.

Welcome and thank you for using a service provided by Earlybean (“we” or “us”,). This Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") applies to the collection, use and disclosure of personal and non-personal information through the Earlybean mobile App. (the "App").

By using the App or interacting with us online, you signify your assent to our Privacy Policy, the collection, use and disclosure practices, and other activities described therein. If you do not agree, discontinue any use of the App. In case of discrepancies between the English version and any other versions of this Privacy Policy, the English version shall prevail.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. Please check the Privacy Policy each time you use the App to ensure you are aware of any changes in our privacy practices. Our Privacy Policy will indicate the date it was last updated. Your continued use of the App will signify your acceptance of the changes to our Privacy Policy. If there is a substantive or material change in the way that we use your personal information, we will notify you via email or via mobile push notification of the relevant changes or provide other prominent notice. If you choose to opt-out of or not opt-in to our changed practice, our email communication (if applicable) will contain instructions on how to do so. If such change affects the Kids/Teens users, we will first notify and obtain the prior verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Earlybean takes many precautions to protect the online privacy of kids/teens. Whenever we refer to "kids/teens" in this Privacy Policy, we mean children under the age of 18. Please help us in protecting children's privacy by instructing them to never provide any personal information (full name, email address, home address, phone number, etc.) without your permission.

Earlybean does not knowingly collect any personal information from children or within the child-directed portions of the App except as otherwise outlined in this Privacy Policy. If we were to collect and store personal information from kids/teens, we would obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before such collection.

Earlybean does not permit behaviourally-targeted advertising to Kids/teens in the App where we have actual knowledge that the user is under the age of 18.

There are two types of information that may be collected by Earlybean. The first is called personal information which is information that can be used to identify a specific individual. As stated in the previous section, Earlybean does not knowingly collect any personal information from Kids/teens outside of the information required for the support of internal operations. Earlybean may collect personal information that parents, legal guardians or persons over 18 voluntarily provide on the App. The second type of information is non-personal information which doesn't directly identify an individual. Earlybean may collect non-personal information about your use of the App to help us improve our services or for other purposes as described in this Privacy Policy.

Earlybean is committed to ensuring the privacy and security of our users. As part of our efforts to enhance platform security and protect user accounts from unauthorized access, Earlybean collects and stores user images for identity verification purposes. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and storage of your images for the explicit purpose of identity verification. Rest assured that these images are securely stored and encrypted to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information. These images are strictly utilized for in-house security measures and are not shared with any third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. The collected images contribute to ongoing security protocols, reinforcing our commitment to providing a safe and trusted environment for all Earlybean users.

We may combine the non-personal and personal information you provide us through the App. Information collected will vary depending upon the activity and may include your name, email address, phone number, mobile number, device type, operating system, home address, birth date, statistical and usage data , proof of identity to the extent required to process any transaction. In addition, we may collect demographic information such as gender, zip code or postal code and other data that you may provide in surveys or online profiles, for instance. We may combine demographic information with personal information.

Earlybean may share your information with third parties for the limited purposes described below.

Third Parties: You may register for other services from the App which are offered by third parties. If you opt in to any of these third-party services, we may collect additional information requested by this third party and pass this information, together with all other registration information (including personal information), to that third party. Use of your information by a third party will be governed by that third party's terms of service and privacy policy. Participation in these other related services is optional and is not required to participate in the App.

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

As part of the verifiable parental consent process, where applicable, parents and legal guardians will have the choice of consenting to our collection and internal use of their child's personal information but prohibiting us from disclosing that information to other entities (except to the extent such disclosure is integral to the App). Additionally, any parent has the right to: (1) review, correct, or delete the child's personal information; and/or (2) discontinue further collection, use, or sharing of the child's personal information.
